About me
Hello! I’m Inês, a Portuguese Psychologist living in Amsterdam.
I came to Amsterdam in November 2017 to embrace a new project. As an expat myself I realize how sometimes it’s not easy to live abroad, how you can feel alone and misunderstood and how that can impact your motivation and your day-to-day mood. I also understand how changing, improving and growing is often painful and also confusing and how it can be useful to have someone else that can help you, by bringing clarity and calmness to this process.
I work with adults, helping them overcome personal problems and find their own path. I also facilitate mindfulness and personal development groups. With my work I intend to support people in becoming more aware of who they are now, who they want to be, and how they can achieve that.
